talabat, part of Delivery Hero Group, is hiring motivated and reliable Pickers to join its fast-growing tmart warehouse operations team in Dubai. The tmart service focuses on delivering groceries within 15 minutes, requiring efficient and organized warehouse processes.
As a Picker, you will play a key role in handling daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order picking, packing, and stock management to maintain a smooth and fast delivery system.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items based on customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock from suppliers
- Check purchase orders, invoices, and delivery items
- Replenish stock and maintain proper storage organization
- Perform daily inventory checks and cycle counts
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of warehouse or retail operations is an advantage
- Physically fit to handle standing, walking, and lifting tasks
