BID 3D Models LLC is hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead strategic marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence across the UAE. The company specializes in architectural scale models for real estate developers, architects, and government projects.
This role focuses on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth through integrated marketing campaigns and industry engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
- Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies
- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners
- Support sales team with qualified leads and project acquisition
- Track performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI
- Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
- Experience in architecture, construction, or real estate industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to present technical/design services effectively
Preferred Skills
- Experience in architectural visualization or scale model industry
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC real estate market
- Established network in architecture and construction sectors
