HR Admin Officer / Secretary

Adam International FZCO is hiring an HR Admin Officer / Secretary to manage both human resources and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can support daily operations and ensure smooth office workflow.

The selected candidate will handle HR processes, employee relations, and administrative coordination while maintaining compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR tasks including onboarding, recruitment, and employee records
  • Support payroll processing and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
  • Handle administrative and secretarial duties (calls, emails, scheduling)
  • Coordinate meetings, documentation, and internal communication
  • Maintain HR systems and office records
  • Provide daily operational support to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in HR/Admin roles
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Immediate joiners preferred
