Annabelle is hiring a Retail Area Manager to oversee multiple store operations, drive sales performance, and enhance customer experience across its fashion retail outlets in Dubai.
This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage retail teams, inventory, and marketing strategies effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales KPIs including conversion rate, ATV, and revenue growth
- Analyze store performance using P&L reports
- Lead and manage Store Managers and retail teams
- Ensure high customer service standards and brand consistency
- Oversee stock management and inventory control
- Coordinate with marketing for promotions and campaigns
- Monitor store operations, staffing, and productivity
- Conduct store visits and performance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in fashion or retail industry
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple store locations
