WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati graduate to join as a Graduate Project Coordinator in Sharjah. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, planning, and execution across multidisciplinary teams.
As part of a globally recognized professional services firm, you will contribute to real-world infrastructure and engineering projects while developing your skills in project management and operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing pricing bids with accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple projects
- Support development of project proposals and documentation
- Maintain organized records and provide administrative support
- Analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel
- Support operational tasks using engineering or finance knowledge
- Collaborate with teams on project execution and planning
Requirements
- UAE National (with valid Family Book)
- Recent graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in a project-based role
