Job Summary
Madhoor Stores is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage daily operations in a food warehouse. The role includes inventory control, logistics coordination, and ensuring compliance with UAE food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance for all inventory
- Handle temperature-controlled storage (ambient, chilled, frozen)
- Monitor KPIs like order accuracy and dispatch time
- Coordinate deliveries across UAE
- Maintain stock accuracy using WMS
- Conduct stock audits and cycle counts
- Reduce damages, expiry, and stock variance
- Ensure HACCP compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years Warehouse Manager experience
- 5+ years FMCG/Food warehouse experience
- 5+ years UAE experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of WMS and logistics
- Leadership and team management skills
Salary & Benefits
