Job Summary
Emirates Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations. The role involves ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods across restaurant and coffee shop outlets while maintaining stock accuracy and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to all outlets
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
- Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage of food and beverage items as per hygiene standards
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for stock management
- Manage warehouse staff, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Maintain compliance with company policies and HACCP standards
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (F&B or retail preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP preferred)
