Kling Consult International GmbH & Co. KG is hiring Civil Inspectors for its ongoing projects in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. The company is a leading architectural and engineering consultancy headquartered in Germany.
This role involves site inspections, quality control, and ensuring construction work meets required standards and specifications across high-end projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Monitor construction activities and quality control standards
- Review inspection procedures and documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors
- Report issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in construction projects
- Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality, high-rise, or villa projects
- Strong knowledge of inspection procedures and quality control
- Experience in construction management
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant certifications in civil inspection preferred
