Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Design compensation and benefits structures based on market benchmarking
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies
- Oversee HR governance, audits, and risk management
- Drive employer branding and organizational development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) preferred
- Strong experience in HR management and leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in multinational or healthcare/aesthetic industry is a plus
