KEOLIS is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleaning
operations within Dubai Tram facilities. The role focuses on
supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining cleanliness standards,
and ensuring operational efficiency across tram stations and depots.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff daily
- Maintain high cleanliness standards across tram facilities
- Plan cleaning schedules and shift coverage
- Monitor cleaning equipment and consumables
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are stored safely
- Handle incident reporting and follow-up actions
- Manage stock levels and monthly cleaning supply purchases
- Coordinate with subcontractors for waste management and hygiene services
- Prepare KPI reports and departmental documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant housekeeping experience
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Degree or higher diploma in a related field preferred
