Katrina Factory FZE is seeking an experienced Legal Manager / Head of Legal Department to lead all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across multiple business units including retail, manufacturing, and international trade.
This role requires a strategic legal professional who can manage a legal team, oversee complex contracts, and act as a key advisor to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the in-house legal team
- Oversee commercial contracts including leases, suppliers, and customers
- Handle disputes, claims, and risk management strategies
- Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, and authority coordination
- Manage corporate governance, IP, and financing documentation
- Oversee compliance frameworks (KYC, sanctions, trade laws)
- Support franchise, marketing, and consumer-related legal matters
Requirements
- Law degree (mandatory)
- 6+ years of legal experience (in-house or consulting)
- Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, and trade law
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Leadership and team management experience
- Experience in UAE/GCC region preferred
- Russian language is an advantage
