Arco Safety Ltd is hiring an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee HSE operations in high-risk Data Centre environments in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international safety standards while protecting personnel and critical infrastructure.
This is a key leadership position requiring strong expertise in electrical safety, risk management, and safety systems within data centre operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HSE audits and ensure compliance with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
- Develop Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis
- Manage Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and permit-to-work systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees)
- Act as main contact for HSE reporting and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Data Centre sector
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety and fire protection systems
- NEBOSH IGC or Diploma (mandatory)
- OSHA 30 or equivalent certification
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must be based in UAE or willing to relocate
