This opportunity is ideal for candidates with event management or sales experience who can work in a fast-paced media and events environment while driving sponsorship growth and successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and sponsorship opportunities
- Achieve sales and sponsorship revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with sponsors and partners
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sponsorship deals
- Plan and coordinate event logistics and operations
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, and event stakeholders
- Ensure sponsor deliverables and event satisfaction
- Manage event execution and resolve operational challenges
- Travel for event implementation when required
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills required
- 1–2 years experience in events, media, ICT, telecom, or hotel banquet industry
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Currently based in the UAE preferred
