Autochim Systems is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager specializing in Turbomachinery Controls to join its Abu Dhabi team. This role involves leading business unit operations, driving sales growth, and managing key client relationships across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Utilities sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales, marketing, bidding, and project execution activities
- Drive growth across turbomachinery and rotating machinery control solutions
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare proposals, cost estimations, and sales strategies
- Conduct technical presentations and client meetings
- Oversee commercial negotiations and contract terms
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Ensure quality delivery and after-sales support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 10+ years experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Utilities sector
- At least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong technical knowledge of turbomachinery and rotating equipment
- Experience with turbine control, compressor control, and vibration monitoring
- Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid UAE driving license
