Bloomfields Holiday Homes is hiring a Reservations Agent to manage bookings, guest communication, and reservation operations across its holiday home portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates with hospitality or customer service experience in the UAE.
The candidate will ensure smooth reservation processes, maximize occupancy, and deliver excellent guest experiences from inquiry to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle booking inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Manage listings, availability, and pricing across booking channels
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately
- Coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Prepare quotations, booking details, and payment information
- Maintain accurate booking records and guest data
- Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently
- Upsell services and promote extended stays
- Ensure no overbooking through proper calendar management
Requirements
- Experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service
- Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms
- Experience with PMS systems (e.g., Hostaway) is a plus
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism
- Experience in holiday homes or short-term rental management
- Knowledge of UAE holiday home regulations
