XAD Technologies is hiring a detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company financial policies.

This role involves handling cash, coordinating with banks, and supporting accounting operations within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and record cash, cheques, and payment transactions accurately
  • Maintain daily cash balance and prepare reports
  • Issue receipts for all payments received
  • Deposit cash and cheques according to company procedures
  • Reconcile daily transactions and verify balances
  • Maintain proper financial documentation
  • Assist in preparing financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with accounts team for audits and reconciliation
  • Handle bank-related activities and correspondence
  • Support exchange/forex transactions when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience as a cashier (trading company preferred)
  • Experience with banking transactions and coordination
  • Basic knowledge of currency exchange / forex
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
  • Strong numerical and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and integrity
