Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize chauffeur drive fleet operations
- Ensure compliance with RTA regulations and company policies
- Monitor fleet performance, utilization, and operational efficiency
- Handle procurement, vehicle lifecycle, and vendor coordination
- Prepare operational and financial reports
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage contracts
- Lead, train, and supervise fleet team members
- Support business growth and new client acquisition
- Analyze trends and improve transport processes
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet or transport management
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong knowledge of UAE transport regulations (RTA)
- Experience in fleet maintenance and procurement
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Commercial awareness and contract management experience
