Transguard Group is hiring an experienced Account Manager for Chauffeur Drive Services in Dubai. The role focuses on managing client accounts, driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring high service delivery standards across the transportation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage chauffeur drive service accounts and client relationships
- Drive revenue growth and maximize account profitability
- Oversee operations, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance
- Handle contract management, billing accuracy, and reporting
- Develop new business opportunities and support tenders
- Prepare financial and operational performance reports
- Lead and manage team members effectively
- Improve operational efficiency through data analysis
- Collaborate with legal, commercial, and operations teams
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transport, logistics, or account management
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong financial and commercial understanding
- Experience in managing contracts and client portfolios
- Knowledge of UAE RTA regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
