We are hiring experienced Telesales & Outdoor Marketing Executives to promote
PRO services, business setup solutions, and visa services across UAE markets.
This role is performance-driven with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute telesales using company-provided leads
- Promote PRO, visa, and business setup services
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales and client records
Requirements
- Experience in PRO, company formation, or visa services in UAE
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Valid UAE visa (minimum 6 months validity required)
Compensation
- Basic Salary: AED 550 (first 90 days)
- Commission: AED 1,000 per deal
- Minimum earning: AED 5,500/month (based on performance)
