INTELLIGENT BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Account Executive
to drive growth within its BPO and Contact Center services portfolio through lead
generation, proposal management, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings and solution discussions
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals
- Handle RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Manage client relationships and upselling opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and sales reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- 4–5 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in BPO or Contact Center industry
- Strong negotiation and solution selling skills
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
