B2B Sales Account Executive

INTELLIGENT BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Account Executive to drive growth within its BPO and Contact Center services portfolio through lead generation, proposal management, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct client meetings and solution discussions
  • Prepare commercial and technical proposals
  • Handle RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Manage client relationships and upselling opportunities
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 4–5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in BPO or Contact Center industry
  • Strong negotiation and solution selling skills
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
