Purchasing Officer to manage procurement operations, supplier coordination,
and spare parts purchasing activities in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase new and used auto spare parts
- Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on purchase orders
- Compare prices and negotiate cost-effective purchases
- Monitor stock levels and urgent requirements
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse departments
- Maintain supplier relationships and procurement records
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased items
Requirements
- Experience in purchasing auto spare parts preferred
- Knowledge of suppliers and UAE market pricing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in UAE automotive industry preferred
