The selected candidate will support bar operations, prepare beverages and cocktails, maintain luxury hospitality standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences within the resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally
- Mix cocktails according to standardized recipes
- Serve guests accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle bar inventory and stock management
- Prepare daily inventory and sales reports
- Maintain glassware, equipment, and beverage supplies
- Prepare garnishes, juices, syrups, coffee, and tea setups
- Support guest satisfaction and luxury hospitality standards
- Coordinate with bar managers and restaurant teams
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality or bartending experience
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of beverages, wines, and cocktails
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy preferred
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work within luxury hospitality environments
