Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily inventory levels and stock availability
- Analyze inventory trends, demand patterns, and turnover rates
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances
- Maintain inventory forecasting and replenishment planning
- Generate reports on stock levels and obsolete inventory
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts
- Support ERP and inventory management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years inventory or supply chain experience preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and high accuracy level
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of inventory methodologies like JIT or EOQ
- SQL or programming knowledge is a plus
- APICS or CPIM certification preferred
