Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of beauty and retail events
- Coordinate event logistics, setup, and customer flow
- Work with agencies, suppliers, performers, MCs, and speakers
- Coordinate influencer communication and event participation
- Manage giveaways, vouchers, and event materials
- Coordinate with store teams before and during events
- Support Arabic communication with customers and partners
- Handle on-site event challenges and operational issues
- Assist with photo and video content coordination
- Prepare post-event reports and customer feedback summaries
Requirements
- Arabic speaker required
- Good English communication skills
- UAE-based candidates only
- Own visa or self-sponsored visa required
- Al Ain-based candidates preferred
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, PR, beauty, or retail preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and event days
- Willingness to travel within the UAE when required
