This role involves reviewing agreements, conducting legal research, and supporting internal teams with legal expertise in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents for compliance and accuracy
- Conduct legal research on laws and regulatory requirements
- Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain organized legal records and documentation

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field
- Experience as a Legal Assistant (insurance industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
- High attention to detail and confidentiality handling
