Key Responsibilities
- Engage UAE buyers, EPC contractors, and developers
- Convert B2B meetings into confirmed export orders
- Manage full sales cycle from negotiation to deal closure
- Identify tenders and project-based opportunities
- Lead trade exhibitions and buyer engagement strategies
- Maintain CRM pipeline tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with analysts and leadership for deal execution
Requirements
- 7–12 years of sales or commercial experience
- Minimum 3 years UAE market experience
- Strong background in EPC, construction, or industrial sales
- Experience closing B2B contracts in UAE
- Understanding of procurement, tenders, and vendor registration
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

- Construction materials or infrastructure projects
- Industrial equipment or oil & gas supply
- FMCG distribution or manufacturing sectors
