Log Cafe is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager with strong expertise in the UAE cafe and restaurant industry. The selected candidate will oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, increase sales, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily cafe operations
- Monitor staff performance and ensure high service standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Control costs, reduce waste, and manage inventory effectively
- Supervise hiring, training, and staff scheduling
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Analyze sales reports and implement plans to increase revenue
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent product quality
- Lead the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in cafe or restaurant operations in the UAE
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of cafe operations and customer service
- Experience in cost control, budgeting, and sales growth strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
