DeliveryZone (Bin Murshed Group) is hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead performance marketing campaigns across multiple brands. The role focuses on lead generation, paid advertising, and ROI optimization using modern digital tools and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies
- Manage paid ads across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
- Drive lead generation and optimize conversion funnels
- Build and optimize landing pages and customer journeys
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation
- Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS
- Use AI tools for marketing and automation
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve conversions
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in Digital or Performance Marketing
- Strong experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads (mandatory)
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Snapchat Ads
- Experience with funnels and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills (CPL, CPA, ROI optimization)
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
- Arabic speaker (preferred)
