The ideal candidate will oversee kitchen operations, develop innovative menus, maintain quality standards, and manage large culinary teams across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations across outlets
- Design and refine menus aligned with brand standards
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff
- Oversee food cost control, budgeting, and procurement
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory, suppliers, and stock levels
- Collaborate with management on culinary strategy and guest experience
- Drive innovation through new menu concepts and seasonal offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Chef in luxury hotels
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern techniques
- Experience managing multi-outlet kitchen teams
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-standard environments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Culinary qualification preferred
- Experience in resort or remote locations is an advantage
