Serco is hiring an HVAC Assistant Technician to support facility
maintenance operations at Dubai Airports. The role involves preventive,
corrective, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment
while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance
- Handle breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems
- Maintain Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Split Units, and CRACUs
- Use HVAC testing and diagnostic equipment professionally
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings and wiring diagrams
- Follow LOTO and technical safety procedures
- Support facility operations with minimal disruption
- Assist supervisors and engineers with assigned tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC or Facility Maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Ability to interpret HVAC system drawings
- Experience using HVAC testing equipment
- Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning standards
- Basic MS Office skills preferred
