Looking for an IT/Helpdesk Administrator job in Dubai? BlueRidge IT is hiring an experienced IT professional to provide technical support, Microsoft cloud administration, and enterprise IT solutions support.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, Windows Server administration, and IT consultancy environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support
  • Support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access
  • Support Microsoft Azure services and cloud deployments
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Handle Windows OS installation, patching, and updates
  • Maintain IT inventory and technical documentation
  • Coordinate escalations with senior engineers when required

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
  • Experience in IT consultancy environments preferred
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure administration skills
  • Knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
  • Experience with Windows Server, Intune, and endpoint management
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshservice, or ServiceNow
