A leading UAE-based organization is hiring an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee laboratory operations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive performance improvements across chemical, microbiological, and environmental testing functions.
The role requires strong leadership, operational control, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate laboratory operations across all departments
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and quality policies
- Manage budgeting, inventory, and procurement processes
- Conduct audits, maintain SOPs, and monitor corrective actions
- Analyze business performance and support commercial goals
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service improvements
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Laboratory Manager or similar role
- Experience in testing, chemical, environmental, or microbiology labs
- FSMS / HACCP and ISO certifications required
- Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and compliance
- Experience in audits, SOP management, and reporting
- Ability to collaborate with sales and business teams
