Key Responsibilities
- Manage manpower planning, team engagement, and retention
- Ensure smooth customer journey and high satisfaction levels
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain transparency
- Drive B2C and B2B workflows and sales performance
- Achieve labour and parts sales targets
- Improve workshop productivity and efficiency
- Monitor service orders and ensure timely billing
- Ensure compliance with workshop SOPs and policies
- Implement Fix First Time policy effectively
- Handle parts ordering and technical bulletins
People Management
- Recruitment and training of staff

Requirements
- Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience (3 years in similar role)
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Experience in automotive workshop operations
