Key Responsibilities
- Support ocean freight forwarding operations and shipment coordination
- Prepare, control, and distribute import/export documentation
- Handle shipment bookings and freight reservations
- Assist with tariff queries and freight rate analysis
- Coordinate with customers and support client relationships
- Maintain logistics records, reports, and shipment updates
- Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with logistics procedures and company policies
Requirements
- More than 2 years of logistics or freight forwarding experience
- Knowledge of ocean freight and shipping operations
