This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals with strong closing skills and experience in handling international clients and property investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into property sales
- Assist investors throughout the buying process (off-plan & ready properties)
- Conduct professional property presentations
- Attend international sales events and exhibitions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage CRM and sales pipeline effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- International sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
