Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally
- Manage guest waiting lists and reservations
- Provide menus and answer guest questions
- Coordinate guest seating and table assignments
- Ensure guests are satisfied with service and dining experience
- Handle guest complaints and support issue resolution
- Answer phone calls and manage restaurant bookings
- Maintain knowledge of restaurant menu offerings
- Support restaurant operations and hospitality teams as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort environment
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Experience with Levantine cuisine preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse and high-profile guests
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong English communication skills
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- Dynamic team player with luxury hospitality mindset
