Lenador Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing full project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop project plans and track progress
- Manage teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
- Communicate updates with senior management
- Improve project management processes and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
