Calicut Notebook is hiring a Waiter/Waitress in Abu Dhabi to provide excellent customer service
and ensure a smooth dining experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders,
serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and present menus professionally
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Handle payments (cash/card) and generate bills
- Provide menu recommendations and assist customers
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as waiter/waitress preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and teamwork skills
