appointments, client inquiries, and customer support operations
for aesthetic and beauty-related healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide information about aesthetic treatments and services
- Schedule and manage client bookings using CRM systems
- Coordinate with medical and front-desk teams
- Follow up with leads and confirm appointments
- Manage WhatsApp and online inquiries professionally
- Support customer retention and satisfaction
- Maintain premium customer service standards
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Arabic language proficiency required
- Strong English communication is an advantage
- Knowledge of booking and CRM systems
- Professional phone etiquette and multitasking ability
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in beauty clinics or aesthetic centers
- Knowledge of skincare, laser, facials, or fillers
- Experience in sales or lead conversion
