Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Provide information about aesthetic treatments and services
  • Schedule and manage client bookings using CRM systems
  • Coordinate with medical and front-desk teams
  • Follow up with leads and confirm appointments
  • Manage WhatsApp and online inquiries professionally
  • Support customer retention and satisfaction
  • Maintain premium customer service standards

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Arabic language proficiency required
  • Strong English communication is an advantage
  • Knowledge of booking and CRM systems
  • Professional phone etiquette and multitasking ability
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in beauty clinics or aesthetic centers
  • Knowledge of skincare, laser, facials, or fillers
  • Experience in sales or lead conversion
