Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and LPOs
  • Maintain accounts receivable and payable records
  • Record daily transactions and accounting updates
  • Assist with preparing financial reports
  • Handle documentation, filing, and office records
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding payments
  • Manage office emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Support management with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in administration and accounting preferred
  • Knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or accounting software
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills
  • Good communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • UAE experience preferred
