- Prepare quotations, invoices, and LPOs
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable records
- Record daily transactions and accounting updates
- Assist with preparing financial reports
- Handle documentation, filing, and office records
- Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding payments
- Manage office emails, calls, and correspondence
- Support management with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Experience in administration and accounting preferred
- Knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or accounting software
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- UAE experience preferred
