This opportunity is ideal for candidates with UAE administrative experience in manufacturing or construction industries who can efficiently handle government-related processes and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company licenses, permits, and contract renewals
  • Coordinate with JAFZA, DED, Dubai Customs, Civil Defence, and other authorities
  • Draft official correspondence for government entities and service providers
  • Handle logistics operations and shipment arrangements
  • Coordinate port clearances and documentation processes
  • Manage registrations and renewals with ADNOC and defence establishments
  • Maintain compliance documentation and administrative records
  • Support operational and office administration activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years UAE administration experience
  • Manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of UAE government procedures
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage documentation and compliance tasks independently
  • Valid UAE driving license required
  • Immediate joiners preferred
