This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in specialty coffee preparation, cashier operations, customer service, and café or retail environments.
The selected candidate will prepare premium beverages, manage cashier duties, support showroom customer service, and maintain a professional café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages
- Operate espresso machines and coffee grinders professionally
- Create latte art and maintain beverage presentation standards
- Handle POS billing, receipts, refunds, and transactions
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and daily balancing
- Assist customers and support showroom sales
- Keep café and coffee station clean and organized
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of barista experience required
- Knowledge of espresso machines and brew methods
- Experience using POS and cashier systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Fluent English communication required
- Arabic language skills are a plus
- Professional appearance and punctuality
