The selected candidate will manage all construction activities, supervise infrastructure project execution, coordinate with project teams, and ensure quality, safety, and project delivery standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage roads and infrastructure construction activities
- Lead project engineers, supervisors, surveyors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress and implement recovery plans when needed
- Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, procurement, planning, and commercial teams
- Ensure safe execution of construction activities and HSE compliance
- Review technical documents, method statements, and shop drawings
- Monitor subcontractor productivity and performance
- Support project reporting, claims, and progress billing activities
- Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover processes
Requirements
- Strong experience in roads and infrastructure construction projects
- Leadership experience managing large construction teams
- Knowledge of QA/QC and HSE procedures
- Experience coordinating with consultants and authorities
- Strong planning and project execution abilities
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site resources
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Strong understanding of civil construction and infrastructure works
