Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of desktop support experience
- Strong expertise in Mac OS and Windows OS
- Experience with Office 365 products and administration

- Arabic language skills preferred
- Good communication and technical support skills
- Candidates must currently be available in the UAE
