Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance and leave tracking
- Assist employees with HR-related queries
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law
- Support employee engagement and performance reviews
- Handle administrative tasks and office coordination
- Assist management with operational tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years HR experience (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of UAE labor law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
