HR Officer

Milestones FZ LLC is hiring an experienced HR Officer to manage daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. This role plays a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring efficient HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and return-to-work interviews
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Administer performance appraisals and talent development
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Support payroll inputs and HR operations
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Assist in policy development and HR documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 6+ years experience in HR role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
