Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified applicants through calls, walk-ins, and marketing activities
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets
- Handle client consultations and convert leads into customers
- Promote services and generate referrals
- Collect required documents from clients
- Ensure timely payment collections and instalments
- Maintain daily and weekly reports
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (Hindi / Urdu / Sinhala)
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Computer literacy and quick learning ability
- Ability to handle clients both on phone and in person
- Energetic, focused, and target-driven personality
