Vertiv is seeking a Safety Officer responsible for ensuring efficient documentation
management, compliance with legal and client requirements, and maintaining health and
safety standards across projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate access to client facilities with operations teams
- Maintain documentation across CAE platforms
- Track internal and external documentation requirements
- Manage workers’ health and safety documentation
- Handle legal documentation with subcontractors and clients
- Support safety coordination activities with customers
- Review CAE platforms and documentation as per client requirements
- Maintain EHS records and project documentation
- Support internal and external stakeholders
- Attend required training sessions and meetings
Requirements
- Experience in Health and Safety (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months experience in documentation coordination
- Familiarity with CAE platforms (E-Coordina, Dokify, E-gestiona, Ctaima)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Spanish (mandatory), English B1 (preferred)
- Driving license preferred
